Inclusive in the Kitset price are six sets of plans, and two copies of Specifications. The plans have been engineered for sites classified as "Medium Building Wind And Durability Zones" and priced accordingly. Charges may be incurred when supplying to other zone classifications. What is not included in the Kitset price is your site plan required to complete your plans. Westwood can provide this service for you for a fee of $500.00. An initial payment toward the material supply of your kitset of $1,500.00 (+$500.00 site plan fee if required) is payable on your instruction to Westwood to proceed. On completion of your plans and the granting of Building Consent, details of your construction programme are organized. An Unconditional Agreement is entered into, on the receipt of a further $8,000.00. At this time, your delivery programme is established. The balance outstanding is made in two payments, a Main Payment and Final Payment. The Final is $8,000.00. The Main is calculated by deducting the initial payment ($1,500.00), the Unconditional Payment ($8,000), and the Final Payment ($8,000) from the total Kitset cost. Main Payment is due two days prior to the first delivery date to site, leaving the Final Payment due two days prior to the delivery of bathroom fixtures to site. Back To Our Kitsets |
